Hi there! My name is Kathy and I am a wife and mother/homemaker. Many years ago in 1985 I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in English Literature. Not knowing what to do, I took on various kinds of jobs - anything with good pay and benefits. I went from Pittsburgh to New York, back to Pittsburgh and then finally to Florida during my job hunt. It was in Florida that I made a life for myself by first living with my parents and working for Publix Supermarkets. It was there that I met my husband to be, Bob. After I got married, I quit Publix. I returned to work as a Teacher Aide and then working in a library. Finally I cashed in my chips and became a mother to a beautiful boy who is now five and the light of my life.
I am disabled with a heart condition and mental illness. I’m currently working on this site. I enjoy the outdoors and walk alot. I also dogsit on occasion.
